Tis the season to be jolly…. So what better way is there to get into the Christmas spirit than by heading along to your local Christmas Carols.

In chronological order, here’s everything you need to know:

 

Bli Bli Community Carols

What: Enjoy free rides, food stalls, markets, an animal farm, carols and fireworks to finish!

When: Friday, 7 December 2018

Where: Bli Bli State School, School Rd, Bli Bli

Time: From 4:30pm

 

Aura Community Christmas Carols

What: Food trucks, family fun entertainment and lots of festive singing.

When: Friday, 7 December 2018

Where: Baringa Civic Square, Edwards Terrace, Baringa

Time: 5pm – 8pm

 

Carols at Cotton Tree

What: Food stalls, a visit from Santa with fireworks to finish!

When: Saturday 8 December 2018

Where: Cotton Tree Park, The Esplanade

Time: 4:30pm - 8pm

 

Eumundi Christmas Carols

What: Performances from some of Disney’s favourites and dinner by the Eumundi Rotary

When: Saturday 8 December 2018

Where: Eumundi Amphitheatre, 67 Memorial Dr, Eumundi

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

 

Buderim Community Carols

What: Performances by the Buderim Youth Theatre of Excellence, Suzie Keenan and Friends and the Uka-lalians Ukulele Band plus a sausage sizzle and a visit from Santa!

When: Sunday 9 December 2018

Where: Buderim Village Park stage, King St, Buderim

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

 

Yandina Community Christmas Carols

What: Traditional carols with a visit from Santa and food stalls

When: Sunday 9 December 2018

Where: Yandina Historic House, Pioneer Rd, Yandina

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

 

54th Peregian Beach Christmas Carols

What: Join in the festive cheer at the oldest standing Christmas Carols event on the Sunshine Coast. Local bands Sambazzy and Suncoast Calisthenics Club Inc will perform, Santa will visit with Skydive Australia at 6pm and fireworks will be held at 9pm. Food vendors, face painting, market stalls and carols will feature, entry by gold coin donation.

Time: 5pm-10pm

 

Maleny Street Christmas Carnival

What: This family friendly event will feature great food stalls, rides for kids, music and entertainment.

When: Tuesday 11 December 2018

Where: Maple St, Maleny

Time: 6pm-10pm

 

Nambour Community Carols

What: Christmas markets, kid’s entertainment, an animal farm, face painting, jumping castle and food stalls at the Nambour Community Carols with fireworks to finish!

When: Saturday 15 December

Where: Nambour Showgrounds, Coronation Ave, Nambour

Time: 3pm-8:15pm,

 

Carols on Kings

What: Food stalls, amazing singing and fireworks to finish!

When: Saturday 15 December

Where: Kings Beach Amphitheatre, Caloundra

Time: 4:30pm-8pm

 

Glasshouse Country Community Carols

What: Local musicians, three choirs and fireworks with some Aussie Character to finish!

When: Saturday 15 December

Where: Beerwah Sportsgrounds, Beerwah

Time: 4:30pm-8:30pm

 

Coolum Christmas in the Park

What: Free tea and coffee, dancers, glow sticks, carols and fireworks, with a special visit from Santa for the kids.

When: Saturday 15 December

Where: Tickle Park, Coolum Beach

Time: 7-9pm

 

Kawana Carols by the Beach

What: Hosted by Todd and Sami from 92.7 Mix FM , this event will feature food stalls, face painting, a giant snow globe and petting zoo plus a laser show to finish the night!

Noosa Carols on the River

What: Food stalls, a visit from Santa, glow products and fireworks to finish

Twin Waters Residents’ Association Christmas Carols

What: Lots of entertainment options plus a visit from Santa

When: Sunday 16 December

Where: Wandiny Room, Novotel Twin Waters Resort

Time: 6pm -7:30pm

 

Montville Carols on the Green

What: Carol singing and readings on the night so bring a rug and a picnic to share with your family and friends.

Witta Carols by Candlelight

What: A spectacular night lit up by candles in the hinterland

When: Wednesday 19 December

Where: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Witta Rd
