Alex Gonsalves crowned Australia's BDM of the Year
Coronis’ Business Development Manager (BDM) of the Year for FY19 and FY20, Alexandra Gonsalves, has taken out the prestigious Australian BDM of the Year at the Women In Real Estate REB Awards.
Coronis Growth Leader, Fi Nichols, said she was incredibly proud of Alexandra and her commitment to her professional development and career.
“Since Alex commenced her career in real estate more than six years ago, she has always given 110% every day, listened to all the advice and training she has received and pushed herself to become the best not only in Coronis, but in the country,” Ms Nichols said.
“Her attention to database management and client care is second to none as is her personal marketing skills – she is always thinking out of the box to create engaging and informative information on her social media channels for her clients which I believe is a valuable skill.
“I am so proud of Alex and everything she has achieved in recent years; she is an integral member of our property management team and a great role model for our new cadets coming through our BDM cadetship program.
“I love that we have built an amazing team of BDMs here at Coronis and put all the right systems and platforms in place to help them grow their career and reach new heights. Our focus is on helping our BDMs achieve their goals because at the end of the day, if they succeed, then we all succeed.”
REB editor Grace Ormsby said the Women in Real Estate Awards celebrate the hard work, commitment, tenacity and determination showcased by women within the real estate profession.
“Individual and group winners were crowned across 18 categories and selected from a 115-plus-strong pool of deserving finalists,” Ms Ormsby said.
“On behalf of the REB team, I’d like to congratulate all of the finalists and winners of this year’s event.
“In a year that was unpredictable at the best of times, everyone represented here has clearly gone above and beyond in their service of their clients, and the wider real estate community.”
