Wynnum Plaza

One of the biggest constructions that the bayside area has seen is about to happen if the major redevelopment project is approved. Brisbane bayside has been on the rise with more people choosing the area for its coastal lifestyle, and if this project comes to life, the area will bloom even further followed by the value increase.

Howard Smith Wharves

This long-awaited precinct quickly became iconic with Brisbanites when it opened in late 2018, hosting nearly up to 10,000 people every weekend. There’s still more to come to Howard Smith Wharves, with market stalls and the new ferry stop helping connect the area with the rest of the city.

The tunnelling for Cross River Rail will begin this year in Brisbane Southside along with the redevelopment of the Bowen Hills Exhibition station. Six more stations are set to be upgraded between Fairfield and Salisbury. The Gold Coast line will also get enhanced with new stations added to the line.
