Brisbane A Hotspot For First Home Buyers

Category: Tags :

The latest property guide by PRDnationwide Research names Brisbane as Australia's top hotspot for first home buyers.

Queensland's capital offers people a chance to get on to the property ladder with 42.4 per cent of its suburbs sitting below a median of $500,000. The suburbs of Nudgee, Everton Park and Doolandella are highlighted as the top picks.

PRD's criteria to qualify states that the suburb must be in a 20km radius of the CBD and factors in price growth, investment, affordability, nearby development projects and liveability. With the current downturn, other capitals are unable to offer the same value, failing the affordability and liveability criteria of the property guide.
