A recent report by CoreLogic reveals the River City’s luxurious side.

According to CoreLogic, the median house price in Brisbane has grown by 0.6 per cent over the past three months, with ten suburbs jumping over that mark. Eight out of these ten suburbs have even passed the $1,000,000 mark in median house prices, despite the River City’s reputation for affordable living.

These suburbs are booming with growth and property value, as Burbank has seen a 22.5 per cent increase to a $1,518,888 median house price. Now, it's placing the third place on the pedestal of Brisbane’s most expensive suburbs just after Teneriffe and New Farm.
