The Coronis Western Australia team have been nominated for three awards in the 2021 Awards for Excellence by the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).

The REIWA Awards for Excellence aim to encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the real estate profession and represent the highest accolade that can be bestowed by the Institute.

Coronis Franchising Director Jodie Stainton said she was extremely proud of her team for being nominated for:

  • Innovation Award – Coronis Western Australia
  • Residential Property Manager of the Year – Sara Young
  • Residential Property Manager of the Year – Robert Harris

“I couldn’t be happier for Sara and Robert,” Ms Stainton said. “Sara started her business in partnership with Coronis in October 2019 and Robert joined us in October 2020 and since then, they have both done a great job growing their own portfolios and establishing their brands.

“It’s great to also see Coronis WA recognised in the Innovation Award. Our system, tech stack and the support we offer Coronis partners enables them to create a life they want to live that is perfectly balanced to their liking.

“Our model is unique to the real estate industry and truly innovative in what we can offer property managers and I’m so excited that’s been recognised. So far we have Coronis partners established in Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria and we’re not slowing down as more and more property managers see value in starting their own rent roll and working for themselves.”

Coronis Western Australia’s first partner, and State Director, Sara Young, said she was over the moon to be nominated for the three awards.

“Both Robert and I are really excited to be recognised in the Property Manager of the Year category – we pride ourselves on offering a bespoke, personalised service and truly delivering the best possible experience for every tenant and landlord, every time,” Ms Young said.

“And the Innovation Award is the icing on the cake. Five property managers have now opened their own business here in Western Australia with the support of Coronis and Jodie Stainton and I can’t wait to help more people do the same. It’s been life-changing for me and I love how I can choose the hours I want to work and who I work with.

“I just want to say thank you to all my amazing clients who have helped me establish my business over the past 18 months, this wouldn’t have been possible without your support so thank you!”

The winners will be announced at the 2021 Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner held on 30 April, 2021.
