Coronis opens third hub in line with Mission 10-4 plan
Coronis is one step closer to revolutionizing their business model as part of their Mission 10- 4 Plan with their third Hub opening in North Lakes.
Director of Growth Craig Gillies said their North Lakes, Murrumba Downs and Redcliffe teams moved into the new Hub this week.
“I’m very excited to see our Mission 10-4 plan coming to fruition,” Mr Gillies said. “It’s been a long time in the making from our study tours which we embarked upon in 2018, to mapping out our 2022 business strategy to now opening the third Hub...it’s is a proud moment for all of us.
“The decision to evolve our business model and create 10 Hubs featuring four independent offices was so we could provide our team with an unprecedented level of leadership, supersize our team culture to improve performance and increase our brand presence by launching a mass marketing campaign.
“Providing these benefits to our team is at the heart of everything we do and I believe we’re delivering them.
“We are in the process of actively growing and recruiting our team of Agency Directors who will lead and mentor each Hub and our mass marketing campaign launched in October 2019.
“In regards to our team culture, in the locations where we have two or more offices operating, we’ve seen an uplift in performance which I think can be attributed to more energy, more competition and better leadership.
“We still have a long way to go but we’re on track to hit our 2022 goals which is the main thing.
“We’re currently in negotiations for our next Hub and we’re scouting for locations for our next three Hubs. We have a strict criteria for each location as they have to have a great street presence, enough space to house four independent offices and have the right feel to them so that our team loves coming to work there every day.”
