Coronis Property Management named best in Customer Service
The Coronis property management team were honoured to win the Excellence in Customer Service Award at the Leading Property Managers Association (LPMA) 2018 Gala Awards on Thursday night, 10 May, while our Property Management Director Jodi Ford was recognized for her vision and dedication to her team by winning the Excellence in Leadership Award.
Hosted at The Star on the Gold Coast, the event attracted nominations from property management businesses from all over Australia as part of the two-day 2018 LPMA Conference.
Ms Ford said she was extremely proud and humbled to win the two awards and dedicated them to her fantastic team.
“To be officially named best in customer service in Australia by one of the industry’s most prestigious associations is a career highlight for everyone in our team,” Ms Ford said.
“We have a steadfast commitment to customer service at Coronis and proactively seek feedback from every landlord and tenant to identify any concerns but also to help shine a spotlight on our outstanding team members who go above and beyond for their clients.
“We review every survey response to fine-tune our training and improve our systems, and subsequently in the past 12 months, we’ve implemented an innovative app in the past to decrease our maintenance turnaround by three days and improved our Net Promoter Score (NPS) to +23, compared to the industry average of -29, which we’re very proud of.”
Managing Director Andrew Coronis said he was beyond proud of Jodi and everything she has achieved in the past 16 years.
“When Jodi came to Coronis, she was our only property manager looking after 180 properties,” Mr Coronis said. “Now she’s the Director of the department with a team of 60+ people managing 8000+ properties, she’s just incredible.
“It’s been a privilege to watch her grow over the years and nurture her team with such compassion and vision, so it’s very fitting that the LPMA has recognised her as Leader of the Year.”
