Coronis Property Management Director, Jodi Ford said to be recognised among the best in the industry is an achievement in itself.
“The LPMA Conference will not only give Coronis, but our individual property managers the recognition they deserve. I am very proud of what the team has achieved this past year, it’s a step up from the year before, they just keep getting better and better. The LPMA achieved a record number of submissions this year, the bar was set very high and our team continues to meet it.
This year, the LPMA Conference focused on data and how agencies can harness it to gain greater clarity and performance in their business for better customer outcomes.
“It comes back to our individual property managers and the standard they continue to uphold. According to a leading Australian real estate portal, we’re renting our properties 20% faster than the competition which is testament our team’s hard work. The team is also maintaining a positive Net Promoter Score, continuing their strong commitment to 5-star customer service.
“A special shout out to Vicki Wharton who has been nominated for Property Manager of the Year. I love having you on the team and appreciate the outstanding results and culture you continue to regulate not just for yourself, but the entire Coronis family. You’re a superstar” said Jodi Ford.
