Coronis recognised amongst Australia’s leading real estate professionals
Coronis have this week been announced as a finalist in the 2019 REB Awards for Major Independent of the Year, following on from their recent Diversity Major Independent of the Year win in June.
Managing Director Andrew Coronis said it was an incredible achievement that the whole team was very proud of.
“It’s no secret that 2018 was a challenging year in the real estate industry but with some innovative thinking, a lot of hard work and most importantly team work, we continued to achieve strong results for our clients and for our business,” Mr Coronis said.
“I’m immensely proud of how resilient and dedicated our team is and how they thought outside of the box to continue to grow the business so it’s wonderful to have that recognised by the REB judges with this nomination.
“It was a great honour to win the inaugural Diversity Major Independent of the Year Award last month which recognised our proactive efforts in creating equal opportunities for everyone on our team so hopefully we can win the double come September.”
Coronis’ Senior Mortgage Broker, Mathew Crossley, has also been named as a finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year, following his win 2017.
Coronis Financial Services Director Tyson James said Mathew’s nomination was well deserved, having watched him go from strength to strength over the past year.
“Mathew is one of the best mortgage brokers in the country which is no surprise when you look at his work ethic, commitment to customer service and the referral network he has built over the past five years with Coronis,” Mr James said.
“Nothing is ever too much trouble for him… from mentoring the younger brokers in our team, going out of his way for his clients or helping his team of agents better understand the changes in the banking industry, he’s a true team player and I couldn’t be prouder of him.”
Executive Editor of REB, Phillip Tarrant, said this year’s finalists are creating a benchmark of excellence for their peers and the generations to come.
“To be nominated is an exceptional achievement, which plays a significant part in shaping the direction of the real estate industry,” Mr Tarrant said.
“On behalf of REB, congratulations on your national recognition, and for championing the innovation and outstanding services that is pushing the real estate industry forward.”
The REB winners will be announced at a five-star gala dinner awards ceremony on 12 September at The Star Sydney.
