Coronis Sales Training Program receives national recognition
Coronis has been named as a finalist in the REB Awards 2018 in the Training and Education Program of the Year category.
Announced on June 6th by REB Editor Tim Neary, other finalists include Di Jones Real Estate, Hodges Real Estate, Laing+Simmons Corporation and LJ Hooker.
Coronis Sales Director Craig Gillies said the Coronis On The Job Training (OTJT) program had been fine-tuned over 30+ years and was designed to create world-class real estate agents.
“We have a proven track record of getting new-to-the industry agents up to speed and selling 20+ properties in their first 12 months faster than most agencies,” Mr Gillies said.
“On average, our agents earn $98,173 in salary and bonuses in their first year of real estate, which is well above the industry average income of experienced agents.
“Our training program ensures every agent that graduates has a thorough knowledge of the sales process, legislation and customer service which in turn benefits the industry by producing well-trained agents instead of amateurs.
“We’re really excited that the judges have recognized our program as one of the best in the industry and our commitment to improving the reputation of the industry by training and nurturing new talent in the industry.”
REB editor Tim Neary said that the awards are the most sought-after business awards in the industry that recognise the best operators across several categories.
He said that the judging process to shortlist the finalists and decide on the eventual winners is both transparent and measurable.
“It includes the insights and opinions of a team of judges, ensuring the awards are fair, accurate and unbiased,” Mr Neary said.
“The judging itself is a multi-step process. All submissions are delivered to a panel of respected industry professionals and business leaders for assessment.”
