Coronis spoils every property manager with $100 Mecca Giftcards
Coronis Property Management Director, Jodi Ford, has treated her entire property management team to a night of pampering at Cowch Dessert Cocktail bar and Mecca Maxima this week.
Split over two nights due to the size of the team, every Coronis property manager enjoyed cocktails at Cowch before heading to a private makeup workshop in Mecca Maxima.
“Our property managers are amazing and every year, they keep achieving outstanding results for our clients and the business so it’s really important to spoil them and reward them with nights like this,” Ms Ford said.
“Each of the ladies had a one-on-one with a make-up artist and then they all got to spend a $100 giftcard on anything they wanted in the store.
“The feedback from the event was wonderful… I just love seeing their smiles and the excitement in their eyes when they hear what we’ve planned for them.
“We’ve hosted events at Nine West and Libertine Parfumerie before for our top performers or property managers who are delivering great customer service results, but it was such a pleasure to surprise the entire team for a job well done.
“This year has been tough for many people in the industry, but our team has maintained a vacancy rate of less than 0.3% and an NPS score +64 points and really gone above and beyond for all our tenants and landlords.
“Events like this go a long way to increase the team bond and helping everyone feel part of a large, connected team.
“I think it’s important to look after your team, because if you do that, they not only look after their clients, but they stay with you. Our team on average has been with us for five years which not only benefits us, but also our clients who build up a relationship with their property manager.”
