Coronis Wins Training and Education of the Year Award

South East Queensland property services group, Coronis, were the proud winners of the Training and Education Program of the Year Award at recent Real Estate Business Awards in Sydney.
Director of Growth, Craig Gilles, who accepted the award said it was an honour to represent the Coronis Leadership Team and greater Coronis Group.
“It makes me immensely proud that Coronis has been acknowledged by the industry for our training programand our ability to bring new agents up to speed the quickest in the industry,” Mr Gillies said.
“In the past we have won many company awards, including Major Independent of the Year at the 2015 REB Awards, it is so rewarding to be recognised for our education and training now.

"On average, our agents earn $98,137 in their first year in the industry which is significantly above the industry average... which is something we're very proud of. It goes to show how a great training program, leadership and a support network can really help a new to industry agent become sucessful quickly."
Coronis has become a formidable player in the Queensland real estate market over the past 30 years, working together as a family that makes buying, renting and selling easier throughout Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
Managing Director of the Coronis Group, Andrew Coronis, said the feeling of winning the Training and Education Program of the Year has left him speechless.
“For our On The Job Training (OTJT) program to be nationally recognised as a game changer in the industry is outstanding,” Mr Coronis said.
“It’s not only testament to the sales leadership team that continue to improve the process year on year, but all the A-Grade Coronians who have graduated through the program and follow the system every day.
