Four High Performing Brisbane Suburbs

Category: Tags :

These are four suburbs that have had the most substantial growth in comparison to the Brisbane LGA.

On average, the median growth of Brisbane sits at around 25 per cent in the last five years, but Keperra, Chermside West, Cannon Hill and Ashgrove are all suburbs that have seen at least 30 per cent increases.

Keperra and Chermside West are farther from the Brisbane CBD, but over the years, they have developed facilities that are attracting more jobs and a higher average income. Meanwhile, the suburbs of Cannon Hill and Ashgrove benefit from both a suburban lifestyle that is in high demand for families and also have easy access to the CBD.
