SEQ Attracts UK Property Seekers

Category: Tags :

A recent study has found that property searches have spiked from UK property seekers.

Last year's December data shows the searches for property in Queensland climbed by one-third compared to the previous year. The demand is cited to be from British people who are looking to move before they are caught in the financial impact of Brexit. While the Brisbane property market has held steady, London house prices have fallen for five quarters in a row.

In addition to inner-city Brisbane suburbs, Sunshine Coast is also a popular region for UK property seekers. The beachside properties of Noosa Heads, Buderim and Mooloolaba offer a very contrasting change of lifestyle.
