The Coronis Group has announced two of its former agents have re-joined the 25-office network this week.

Lincoln Tatnall has commenced at Coronis Arana Hills after leaving a year ago while Brian Baker has returned to Coronis Toowoomba after nearly two years away.

Coronis Sales Area Leader Adam Empringham said he was delighted to welcome both men back to the Coronis family.

“Lincoln and Brian are both highly experienced agents who have been selling real estate for many years,” Mr Empringham said.

“We thoroughly enjoyed having them on our team previously and they achieved great results for both their clients and our business so we’re very happy to welcome them home again.

“They have both learnt some valuable lessons and insights into the industry in their time away from Coronis but it’s great to have them back and eager to help us grow our business as we progress with our strategic plan.

“I’m looking forward to once again working with them and helping them accomplish their personal and professional goals.”

Mr Tatnall said many factors affected his choice to return to Coronis, but chief among them was the support on offer.

“Coronis truly is built on a strong set of values and has a support system unlike any other agency in my experience,” Mr Tatnall said.

“You can always pick up the phone and call any of the leaders and ask for help with securing a listing or pulling a sale together and they’re always there, ready to help. They’re never too busy or worried about their own to do list as you’re their priority which is extremely beneficial to any agent.

“Plus the sales and administration support is second to none, with a whole team dedicated to helping you manage building and pest inspections, contracts etc so you can focus on dollar productive activities and delivering great customer service to your clients.

Mr Baker, who has worked in real estate for 20+ years and joined the Coronis Toowoomba team in 2015, said he was happy to be back on the Darling Downs and looked forward to adding his energetic passion for real estate to the team.

“Over the past three years, I’ve been focused on Project Marketing and International Sales across Brisbane and the Gold Coast which has been highly beneficial and rewarding,” Mr Baker said.

“However, Toowoomba has always been my home base and I’m enjoying being back and a part of the Coronis Toowoomba team again, where I can now offer my extensive national and international connections to our clients.”
