At Coronis our focus is to make your journey as a tenant enjoyable. Therefore, We have implemented a fully automated system called OurProperty to unify the communication and workflow of maintenance and compliance for all our clients.
How the system works; you can log your maintenance requests through an app or a tenant dashboard portal. The system encourages you to take photos and prompt questions to allow our property managers to make informed decisions on how to deal with the request. The maintenance request along with quotes is then forwarded onto your landlord through an email.
