At Coronis our focus is to make the clients journey as a simple as possible. We have implemented a fully automated system called OurProperty to unify the communication and workflow of maintenance and compliance for all our clients.
How the system works; your tenant will log their maintenance requests through an app or a tenant dashboard portal. The system encourages your tenant to take photos and prompts questions to allow our property managers to make informed decisions on how to deal with the request. The maintenance request along with quotes is then forwarded onto yourselves through an email. To view the request you can either click the emailed link which will direct you to your Landlord Portal or you can access the portal at any time by logging on. The work request can either be approved with one of the quotes, request another quote or decline the request.
