Following the successful implementation of pre-approvals for tenants in January 2015, Coronis has once again opened up the opportunity for tenants to preapprove themselves ahead of the January / February rush. .
 
Director of Coronis’s Property Management department Jodi Ford said that the beginning of the year was typically the busiest period for property managers when students relocate to Brisbane ahead of the university semester..
 
“We’re expecting to lease more than 800 properties across our key rental markets serviced by our Toowong, Kelvin Grove, Stafford and Coorparoo offices,” Mrs Ford said.
 
“We implemented the preapprovals process at the beginning of this year to help reduce the stress for potential tenants and to make the overall process easier for them.

“We had a great uptake of the service, which we have improved this year by offering an online system in addition to the traditional method of dropping your paperwork into an office.

“It’s also a way we can ensure low vacancy levels to reduce the stress of our landlords, as no one likes an investment property sitting empty.”
