  • South Brisbane, Highgate Hills, West End, Dutton Park


Mansfield State High School

  • Mansfield, Wishart, MacKenzie, and some parts of Burbank


Indooroopilly State High School

  • Indooroopilly, Toowong, Taringa, St Lucia, Auchenflower and some parts of Chelmer


Mount Gravatt State High School

  • Some parts of Cannon Hill
  • The median price of $755,000, and 25.8 per cent growth year-on-year
