Train Lines Increase Value of Brisbane Homes

According to the Domain Groups recent data, Doomben is the most expensive train line to buy a house on in Brisbane.

A finding that isn’t surprising for many, as Brisbane’s wealthiest suburbs can be found along this short train line.

Doomben’s train line lowest median house price was Albion at $751,500, while it’s highest was Ascot at $1,400,000.

Overall the train lines average median house price was $949,583.

The next three most expensive train lines in Brisbane were:

  • Ferny Grove-Beenliegh
  • Redcliffe-Springfield
  • Caboolture-Ipswich
